Hosting and access data
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., United States. When you access it, technical data such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and operating-system information, and any referring page are transmitted to the hosting infrastructure. Processing serves to deliver the website and protect its availability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure information website. Recipients include the hosting provider and its infrastructure service providers.
International processing
Vercel operates international infrastructure. Processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, may occur. Vercel describes its processing, international transfers and safeguards in its privacy notice, linked below. No particular regional restriction or fixed storage period is promised here.
Email contact
The email link opens your own email application. Clicking it or copying the address does not send a message through this website. If you send an email, your address, message and any attachments are processed to respond to your enquiry and maintain the related professional correspondence. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where the enquiry concerns entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Email service providers used to transmit and receive the correspondence may also process these data. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email.
Cookies, local assets and external links
The website does not integrate analytics, advertising pixels, embedded videos, maps, newsletters or booking services. Fonts and images are delivered with the website, rather than loaded from external font services. The application does not use cookies or browser storage for analytics or advertising. External websites are linked, not embedded; their operators receive your request when you follow a link. Copying the email address uses your browser's clipboard function after your action.
Retention
The duration of processing depends on its purpose. Technical access data serve content delivery, troubleshooting and the investigation of security incidents; their retention is governed by the hosting service and applicable security and legal requirements. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and follow-up, meet legal retention requirements or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Data no longer required for these purposes are to be deleted.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability under Art. 15–20 GDPR. Under Art. 21 GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent, if given as the basis of processing, may be withdrawn for the future.
